| Thoroughly blend all ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour. Roll into small (half inch) balls and bake in a 350 degree oven for 5-8 minutes. These cookies will not change color while baking. Check for doneness by looking on the underneath side for a light tan color. Carefully roll in powdered sugar while still warm, and once again when completely cooled. |
