| Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla to the melted butter. Mix thoroughly and gently stir in the pine nuts. Place three chocolate chips in each unbaked tartlet shell. Spoon in pine nut mixture until filled to the edge. Bake in a 3500 oven for 25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the mixture is bubbly. Makes 12 mini treats. |
