| Sauté all ingredients quickly in butter until the cranberries are tender and have popped. Puree in food processor or blender until chunky smooth. Fill 10-4" pre-baked tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly, but not brown. Dust with powdered sugar forced through a sieve and then once again when chilled. |
