In a small stockpot, sauté potatoes, onion, herbs, and seasonings in butter, just until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, mushroom powder, and broth. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve heated. Serves 10, or 8 if you have mushroom lovers. DID YOU KNOW: Shitake Mushrooms - (Oak Tree Mushrooms) Fantastic in all cooked mushroom dishes. It is also the closest flavor resemblance to truffles, without paying truffle prices.
