3/4-teaspoon celery salt
3/4-teaspoon garlic salt
3/4-teaspoon onion salt
3 cups dry macaroni
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2-cup celery, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1-tablespoon pimentos, diced
1/3-pound Longhorn cheese, grated
3/4-cup mayonnaise
Milk, to desired consistency
In boiling water, add the three salts and the macaroni. Let boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain. Mix in the remaining ingredients and chill.
Serves 6 to 8.
