MACARONI SALAD

  • 3/4-teaspoon celery salt

  • 3/4-teaspoon garlic salt

  • 3/4-teaspoon onion salt

  • 3 cups dry macaroni

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2-cup celery, sliced

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced

  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish

  • 1-tablespoon pimentos, diced

  • 1/3-pound Longhorn cheese, grated

  • 3/4-cup mayonnaise

  • Milk, to desired consistency

In boiling water, add the three salts and the macaroni. Let boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain. Mix in the remaining ingredients and chill.

Serves 6 to 8.
