Slice and julienne turkey breast. Using a knife, cut turkey into ½ inch
cubes. In a bowl, combine cubed turkey, celery, walnuts, and leeks. In
another bowl, combine dressing with spices and mix thoroughly with a wire
whisk. Combine dry ingredients with completed dressing and mix well to
coat.. Serves 4-6 (2-2 ½ pints) |
