SPINACH QUICHE |

Sauté in butter: onion, garlic and seasonings. Add spinach and cook uncovered until moisture is reduced. Fill a 9" pre-baked quiche crust and top with grated cheese. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, gently make about 6-8 small wells in the spinach mixture so the holes reach the crust. Pour prepared custard mix over all. Bake on foil in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serves 6-8. |
