BASIC SAVORY TART AND QUICHE CUSTARD

• 4 egg yolks

• 2 egg whites

• 2 tablespoons melted butter

• 1/2 cup cream

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• 1 tablespoon milk

Beat yolks and whiles together with a wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over desired filling and cheese (recipes follow) and bake accordingly.
