| Sauté in butter: leeks and caraway until leeks are tender. Add salt, pepper, mustard and ham. Cook until ham is thoroughly heated. Fill a 9" pre-baked quiche shell. Top with grated cheese and pour prepared custard over cheese. Bake on top of foil in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serves 6-8. |
