GARDEN SALAD DRESSING

  • 4 large garlic cloves 1 extra large shallot

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

  • 1-cup oil

  • 1-cup red wine vinegar 1-tablespoon Fine Herbs 1/2-teaspoon salt

  • 1/2-teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Refri­gerate. Shake again before serving. Makes approximately 2 cups. Will last months.
