Anatoly Turov

In his youth Anatoly Turov studied in the studios of many recognized painters and sculptors throughout Russia. In 1989 he came to America and made his mark producing his own ceramic creations in a wide variety of original styles. Each work of art is an individual study in form and color. Western European and Russian influences lend a universal appeal to each piece. With every new creation, Turov pays strict attention to details, maintains his desire for quality, and instills a knowledge of the past and present.

Turov's ceramics are a rare discovery, appearing in collections all over North America, Europe and Asia. Customers often find a bit of themselves reflected in the imagery that adorns the work. After buying a single piece, a customer will often become a collector, anticipating the newest creation. Turov says that he loves "his calling". Designing his creations is not just about earning a living. It is a process in which Turov finds joy, satisfaction and ultimately fulfillment, which he shares with you.
